Be Real · The foundational argument

Three books. One argument.

The foundational case for steamHouse — written as a coordinated spine, not a long list.

Three books carry the foundational case, and each does a single job at a single scale. Read together they tell one story: how a person becomes the conscious author of their own life, how that authorship holds inside a group, and how you build the conditions that make either possible.

Start with the self. Move to the group. Then build the room. The trilogy walks the same argument up three scales — the move the whole framework rests on, told three times, each time larger. That ordering is the point: person → group → build.

The three books

One · The person · Personal Agency TRICKED

The most accessible way in: how a modern mind gets hijacked, and how to find and widen the gap between stimulus and response. The cold-share on-ramp to the whole argument. Draft complete.

Two · The group · Mutual Respect, at civic scale The Supertribe

The same authorship, scaled to how we live together — and why it is timely now, against the America-250 window. Draft complete.

Three · The build · The whole framework The Architecture

The developmental-conditions thesis in full — what human formation actually requires, derived from first principles and corroborated by independent programs of serious inquiry that arrived at substantially the same place. The funder-and-partner artifact. Outline complete; drafting opens Q4 2026 — written in public as the seven-essay Case.

Why a spine, not a shelf

This is not a publishing backlog. It is marker-aligned curriculum infrastructure that publishes selectively — a research lab’s body of work, of which three books lead.

The argument is being written in the open. The seven-essay Case is the public draft engine for The Architecture: each essay is drafted toward the book’s outline, tested live, then composed and deepened into the manuscript. TRICKED and The Supertribe are complete in draft and feed the spine as the most accessible on-ramps. Behind the three sit the companions that complete the move and open the researcher bridge — and, further back, the youth Development Marker series and the Civic Substrate series. None of it is in market yet. All of it is on the page so a partner can see what the project is actually building toward.

The point of the spine is legibility: one coherent argument, carried at depth, that a serious reader can encounter whole — and then help build.

The flagship trilogy is one offering in the larger curriculum collection — the books, the Core Code, the youth series — organized by who they are for and how they are used.
